Publications, billboard posters, a visitor guide and maps are among the ways that South Bank Marketing Group promotes our neighbourhood.
Publications include the One Big Summer Guide, which encourages repeat visits by promoting the variety of things to see and do, from festivals and art, to eating and drinking and enjoying the river. The South Bank Winter Guide, meanwhile, highlights Christmas and winter events.
They are produced with our partners Team London Bridge, Better Bankside, Vauxhall One and Waterloo Quarter and up to 100,000 of each are distributed London-wide, including at hotels, airports and tourist information centres. They complement the comprehensive practical visitor information in our Official Visitor Guide to South Bank London.
We also promote member events and venues with the 18 event structures we own, which feature bi-monthly ‘what’s on’ posters and detailed maps. A new fold-out shopping map raises the profile of the area’s retail offer in quirky stores, markets and gift shops.
