Visitor Management Group

A public-private partnership makes sure that our neighbourhood’s public realm is looked after as effectively as possible, co-ordinating its day-to-day management.

The Visitor Management Group brings together senior managers from the South Bank’s large private estates with Lambeth Council to achieve a single aim: to increase the quality of the public realm. The group decides how the South Bank’s publicly-accessible areas will be managed and maintained, effectively responding to the pressures created by the high footfall that 25 million visitors a year bring.

The South Bank Employers’ Group provides the partnership’s secretariat enabling it to meet, and make necessary decisions for the neighbourhood.
