The South Bank BID brings together locally-based companies of all sizes for even greater collective impact in improving and promoting our neighbourhood.
Delivered by South Bank Employers’ Group, the BID brings the input and resources of more local businesses to our marketing activity with membership open to every company paying an extra 1% on their rates. This provides members with a voice to ensure that their promotional needs are met and appropriate actions taken to boost their revenue and reduce business costs.
Launched in 2014, the BID provides members with a representative voice to ensure that local services such as cleansing and security are matched to business needs. The board, which all members can join, is considering further initiatives to invest in training, staff travel, recycling and utilities for the collective benefit of our members.
