A tourist office located in Waterloo Station’s concourse highlighting our members’ brands to cover 100 million passengers a year is just one of our information and way-finding initiatives.

South Bank Marketing Group works with the station concierge to provide the tourist office, one distributor of a popular tear-off map that highlights our members’ venues and attractions. Fifty four- and five-star hotel concierges in central London also distribute the map.

We also provide way-finding on every event structure and destination updates for influential staff working at London’s tourist information centres, hotels and Infobikes. In addition, South Bank Patrol receives training on destinations and is made aware of large-scale events.
