SBEG seeks new Governance Manager
South Bank Employers' Group is currently recruiting for a new Governance Manager who will lead and coordinate all governance responsibilities and company secretarial functions for SBEG’s Board and its Members’ Council, South Bank BID, and work closely with the Company Secretary for Jubilee Gardens Trust.
This is a key role ensuring effective governance arrangements, statutory compliance, and the smooth administration of Board, Committee, and Annual General Meetings across several organisations at the heart of the South Bank. The postholder will work closely with senior leaders to ensure our governance functions remain transparent, compliant, and resilient.
